Sarah in the Kitchen

Sarah is growing up so fast. She is very particular about what she will and will not wear. In these pictures for instance she is wearing her jeans rolled up with her Cinderella slippers on. She even went out like this to dinner at Bravo's. She has got so much personality. I think her prayers are my favorite. They are quite long and I am sure she doesn't forget anyone or anything. "Please bless Prophet Monson and President Uchtdorf and all the prophets. Bless Uncle Matthew on his mission. Thankful that Sarah could be a good girl and share her toys. And that we could come to Earth yesterday. Bless Mary to be nice to her sisters and to not hit anymore. Bless Daddy on his test. Bless mommy to get better and not throw up anymore (she can't forget the pregnancy days). Thankful for the church of Latter day saints of Jesus Christ. Help us to have a good sleep and the the angels could watch over Sarah and Mary and Kate and Mommy and daddy..." Her prayers are like that and they go on and on. She blesses all of her friends and all of our friends. It is so cute. She always tries so hard to be a good girl. She is also getting really good at pretend play. She can change baby Becca's diaper and get her all dressed and make everyone food. She goes around the house singing songs that she makes up. Or she will sit at the piano and play and sing. She likes to read the scriptures to Mary. Last night I heard Mary start to cry and then I hear this sweet little voice singing her a song. Sarah ran in a race a few months ago and ever since then she is constantly "practicing" for the next big race. She loves to run and she can climb just about anything especially if she sees a snack that she wants that is on the top shelf in the basement! She is such a good big sister. She is very patient with Mary and they play really well together and she is very protective of both Mary and Kate. Which reminds me, last week we were at the McDonald's play place with some friends and some kid tried to push Mary and Sarah took him out. Then she said, "You be nice to my sister, you tell her your sorry!" Needless to say I was so proud :)
